We understand that in these uncertain times, there is a growing concern amongst our customers with regards to coronavirus (Covid-19) and how it may impact every aspect of their lives.
The situation is changing daily and we continue to follow guidance from the Government and The Department for Health & Social Care.
As a result, this page will be monitored and reviewed regularly.

FAQ's

I have a upcoming booking, can I still go?
On 23rd March 2020, the government issued the instruction that everyone must stay at home.
Therefore, you will not be able to travel to Dalby Forest Lodges. Supporting our customers through this period is our primary concern, and we will allow any customer impacted to amend their booking free of charge.

Am I covered by travel insurance?
If you purchased travel insurance then please contact your insurer

Can I amend my holiday?
We are continuously reviewing the advice of the UK government with regards to travel. Customers booked to visit us before 4th June can contact us to rearrage holiday dates.

Will I receive a refund if I want to cancel my holiday?
Your contract does not allow any refunds, however, please refer to your individual travel insurance and contact your relevant insurer for further information.

However,
for holidays due to start between now and 4th June 2020
we can offer
A replacement holiday on the same dates next year (same lodge type and similar departure date), will be honoured at the original price paid.
A replacement holiday of a lesser value together with a payment of the difference by us.
A replacement holiday of a higher value with a payment of the difference by yourself; or
a credit note to the value of your holiday, valid for travel until 31 December 2021.
